Q. How long will it take for delivery or pickup of my kitchen once i place my order?

A. diykitchen orders generally take 14 days from receipt of your deposit to delivery/pickup.

Q. How much deposit is required to place an order?

A. 10% of your total order or a minimum of $100 (whichever is greater).

Q. How can i pay my deposit?

A. You can pay your deposit by cash in person at our factory, OR by credit card over the phone.

Please use your surname or quote number as reference and either fax or email your payment

remittance so we can match your payment to your order.

Q. Where do i find the prices for vacuum formed  or other specialty doors ?

A. If you require a price on any other door than our standard melamine doors we will price you on application.

There are literally hundreds of door styles and finishes and is impractical to have price lists for every door we offer.

Please make sure you specify door style, design and door finish.

Q. Does diykitchen have a showroom?

A. Yes! Visit our showroom at Unit 16, 9-12 Lambridge Place, Penrith NSW 2750 (off andrews Rd).
